Each year, the St. Ubaldo Society is proud to sponsor a scholarship for the Valley View senior Italian class student that achieves the highest grade average. The scholarship is awarded at the annual awards banquet and was established in 2006 for $250. In 2007, the amount was increased to $500 and is funded by the annual efforts of the Society Members. Annual fundraisers include the Porketta Sandwich Sale, Sales of St. Ubaldo Day memorabilia, The Jessup 5th of July Celebration Food Stand, and La Festa Italiana Food Stand.
